Le processus de recrutement
Après avoir soumis votre CV ainsi que votre lettre de motivation à l’adresse : careers@latitude.eu, vous intégrez le processus de recrutement :
1. Nous examinerons attentivement votre candidature et vous proposerons un premier entretien si cette dernière est retenue.
2. Mise en situation et étude de cas qui nous permettra d’en apprendre davantage sur vous et vos compétences.
3. Echange informel avec notre PDG, puis nous vous donnerons une réponse définitive, avant d’échanger plus en détails sur vos attentes et vos futures missions.
4. Vous rejoignez notre siège à Reims et nous vous accompagnerons tout au long de votre intégration. Nous sommes notamment en partenariat avec une agence immobilière ainsi qu’une agence de recrutement – dans le cas où votre partenaire de vie souhaiterait se réorienter professionnellement sur le bassin rémois.
