Communications Program Manager Intern

Integrated within the brand & communications team, this role will help the structuration and organization of our communications.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks will be, in collaboration with the existing team:

  • Optimize the communications department workspace and workflow;
  • Plan, align, monitor, analyze, and fix the day-to-day communication production and operations in partnership with the Head of Communications;
  • Produce internal key documentation and foster actively our company culture;

Preferred experience and skills

  • A strong organizational and attention to detail, an initiative spirit and proactive planning;
  • A proficiency in prioritizing and managing complex programs, channels and tactic mix;
  • An appetence for numbers and data;
  • Fluency in English, French is a plus to easily blend into the existing team;
  • Programming skills are a plus (R,Python, …), to create and manage dashboards (no-code solutions are also possible) ;
  • Studying in a business/management school or university;
